You emphasized how you just had to realize that all of your insecurities weren't true all along and that you were misinterpreting yourself. Well some of us have insecurities that seriously are true and do exist on our bodies/appearance. For example I hate how my face is asymmetrical. I can't just "realize it's all in my head" because the truth is it's not all in my head. It's a fact and some people have something similar like obesity. What would you do in this case if your insecurities are actually reality?

Apparently the ordinary changed the formula of the hyaluronic acid + b5 serum and people claim it suddenly is very harsh and makes them break out. A lot of long time users want the old formula back and are extremely upset, that they changed in the first place. Is this still the case? Does anybody know, if they improved the formula after this major fail?

I'm currently searching for a moisturizer without oils and only with triglycerides. There are NONE it seems. What do I not understand? so I need to find a compromise that still has oils in it? 😂

I would love to know if there's some huge things to avoid in make up to at least not go for the most damaging... Olena but after you cleanse with water, do you use a towel to take a bit of the dropping water before the humectant? Or just dropping water you go and apply it? I do tap dry with a towel but leave my skin damp, not wet but damp, that's why I'm asking so I understand how to do it correctly! 🩷🙏🏻 Thank you!!

Olena, if I do Gua sha, what do you recommend doing in terms of the product to slide the tool, because oils are commonly used but I'm wondering if maybe use them and after the gua sha cleansing the skin? Or using another product to slide the tool, that doesn't need to be cleansed and won't harm the skin? I'm very curious on your suggestion! Thank you! ❤

I tried the 3 moisture method .. I live in a dry climate state and when I added hyaluronic acid to my step I started noticing tiny little pimple all over my chin area .. it did notice a difference on hydration but stoped because of the small tiny bumps .. once I did the tiny bumps started disappearing .. so I think I just stick to the 2 step moister method .. any thoughts ?

You are the second “skinfluencer” that makes sense to me. Whenever I try anything labeled as “for acne prone skin” that contains either salicylic acid (my skin hates that) or retinoids (don’t get me started on how much my skin hates retinoids - no matter how much layers of moisturizer are over or beneath it!) my skin turns into a nightmare. Whenever I try the absolute “counterintuitive” approach of a gentle and simple routine, I can watch my skin getting better and better. (And no, I don’t want to mention all the supplements I take and dietary changes I’ve been through. None of that helped btw.) Looking forward to learning more from you!

what's your opinion on avene cicalfate+ moisturizer ? it seems to help me so much with my damaged barrier but i think it has vegetable oil inside or something

i actually feel so sorry for my skin bc i destroyed it with actives i feel so bad :// i have started to use the three step moisture method and cut out all actives so i hope it works bc my skin is so damaged it feels waxy and i'm getting random breakouts and even a cyst

My skin is super sensitive. Even cleanser that claims to be very gentle like cetaphil will break me out. So I’ve been using Bioderma sensibio cleansing water for the last 5-8 years and whenever I wanna try other options, I just immediately break out and have to throw them in the trash.

The best products from Bioderma for my sensitive skin and which I buy over and over again are Sebium scrub/gel moussant, Hydrabio serum (not cream), Sensibio Micelar water (only for make up removal) and Sensibio eye cream. Everything else is not good and made my skin look worse. From La Roche possay and Avene I like nothing, really made my skin iritated even those products made for sensitive skin. But I adore Pharmaceris red line. It is about 30% cheaper than other brands in Pharmacy but works so good. And they don't use thermal water which is a big NO for sensitive skin as my dermatalogist said. The same as Bioderma.

I want clear skin so badly. I have had cystic acne for 10 years. I currently use bioderma sensibio (the pink one) and also the micellar water from bioderma, the hydrabio gel moisturizer and elta MD sunscreen. I try to keep it really simple but still break out in cysts so I don’t know what I’m doing. People say your pillowcases can also break you out so Idk. Your thoughts are appreciated.
